Canal-front Cape Coral retreat with 3 bedrooms, private screened pool, dock access, and space for the whole group to spread out.
This canal-front home is built for togetherness: an open-concept kitchen and family room anchored by a large island with seating, a dining table for six, and a separate living room with an electric fireplace and games for rainy days or quiet nights in. Step outside to your screened-in private heated pool and lanai — complete with dining table, chairs, loungers, and a TV — or head down to your own dock for some fishing and an afternoon on the water. With three private baths, a private pool, and direct canal access, Sunshine Villa is designed so every guest gets their own space to unwind.
Cape Coral is famous for its adorable burrowing owls and you don't have to go far to meet them! They are small, long-legged owls that are only about 9 inches tall that live in ground burrows and are active by day. Look for them along Surfside, and please enjoy them from a safe distance, as they’re protected.

Sunshine Villa comfortably sleeps guests across three bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, plus two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, TV, and each with its own bath.
To help you settle in, we provide starter supplies including shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee pods, and trash bags. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware for home-cooked meals, plus both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for however you take your coffee.

Cape Coral is famous for its burrowing owls, and you don’t have to go far to meet them! These pint-sized, long-legged owls stand only about nine inches tall, and unlike most owls they’re active during the day. Instead of nesting in trees, they dig burrows in the ground, often in sunny, open lots and yards. Look for little mounds marked with PVC pipe perches and signs, and you may spot an owl standing guard at the entrance or bobbing its head to get a better look at you. Cape Coral is home to one of the largest burrowing owl populations in Florida, and the city celebrates them each year with a Burrowing Owl Festival in February. They’re a protected species, so please admire them from a distance and never disturb a burrow. Many of the best spots are right along Surfside Boulevard, so keep your camera handy on your morning walk.
